This week, we continued our efforts to support families in Western North Carolina recovering from Hurricane Helene. Our founder, Kelly Tidwell, assembled a unique mobile propane filling station and it is fully operational in Foscoe Grandfather, providing much-needed fuel to those still without consistent access.
With the help of the local community and all of our dedicated followers, we’ve identified additional households in need and expanded our outreach to ensure no one is left behind. Thanks to this outreach, we’ve been able to assist even more families who can now heat and cook with propane as winter approaches.
Kelly will be making his 13th trip to affected areas this Friday, January 2, 2025 made and plans to keep this schedule throughout the winter. These weekly deliveries are a lifeline for many and a testament to the commitment of everyone involved in this effort.
